Hi all!!!
Well, this is Diego. My brisbane coastal... i think he's awesome! so friendly and placid, great feeder... currently i'm on the couch and he's coiled up on the back of my neck, has been there for about half an hour!! i love him so much!!
Sorry, i'm a little excited!! i've wanted a snake for like 10 years and i finally just went and did it!! so here he is!!! hope you like him as much as i do!!
Does anyone have any ideas as to how light he'll be when he's full grown??? I know they're supposed to get a bit lighter with each shed, but my mum does volunteer work at the zoo and said that one of the girls there has a coastal that's almost fully grown and still the same colour as mine but i dont know how light hers was when it was just a little one.
Meg

i don't mind if he stays really similar... i like the darker ones anyway which was one of the reasons i picked him over the others.... whatever the case i think he's great!!!
very proud 1st time snake owner here!!!! he's about due to shed so it'll be interesting to see how much he changes this time... his markings were heaps sharper after his last shed....

Nice to know he's appreciated!! and yes purplefunkything - I'M ECSTATIC!!!! AND HE'S ALL MINE!!! still can't get my head around that....
OH!! and his eyes have just gone all milky today - so i expect him to shed in the next couple of days! can't wait to see what changes there will be to his colour considering the enormous difference it made the last time!!!!

oh i forgot to answer that question before!!! yeah i did eat the apple!!! i guess the "temptation" got to me!!! lol - i'm such a dag... but yes... washed it and ate it!! nice and crisp!!
i like putting him on stuff and taking photos - he loves the camera... he'll slide up to it and just rest his head on the top of it.... totally cute... if i find another camera i'll take a photo of that!! ha ha!! adorable.... and he likes sliding on different surfaces... he'll crawl on something and go around in circles for a bit then onto a different surface and do the same... and just keeps going!!

i didn't realise that snakes could be such characters!! i mean obviously they're not like dogs or cats etc... but some of them definately have a bit of personality huh??
