I'd love to see what comes from an albino Darwin paired with a hypo Darwin, that would be interesting. What would you think you would get, would you still get the banding or just a white snake or what??? | you would get snakes that are slightly less hypo than the hypo parent but het for albino. the two genetic traits are completely not linked. hypomelanism is a co-dominant gene and albinoism is a recessive gene.

No matter what reptile, or for me personally, any animal I breed i always get the same enjoyment, and this would be rated high in my books
And about the Carpets comment, Im still impressed by every carpet i see personally, I dunno, Pythons regardless of species intreague me, and i believe that all of them, including albinos and hets will keep my eye for many years, if not my life
Again, Beautiful Pythons and Congradulations, there stunning
Jordan - yes i know, sorry if i seemed snappy, i meant was just reminding everyone else really that i wasnt attacking that thought that the pythons arent stunner |

Like i said i mean not to dissrespect anyone on the subject, or tell anyone how things should be run, nor do I myself believe that Breeding Albinos should be stopped, I'm just trying to say that once there is Albinos all over the place, to me, its going to grow less impressive, like a song you hear on the radio over and over again
Btw Congradulations on such beauitful pythons | Look at it this way, do you thinks GTPs are ordinary, or a nice mac or stimmie. Just because there are loads of them doesn't mean they will loose there appeal to people. It is all based on a persons personal opinion, some hate coastal carpets and some love them. In case you hadn't noticed with all the coatal threads that are going at the moment.
Well done Rams, can't wait to see the little pink ones when they come out of the egg.....
