This is so you do not fill out an expired form.
Also do not under any circumstances hand write in an extra herp if the form is filled out and you decide to get an extra reptile. You will receive a lovely letter in the mail from those lovely people at the EPA

yups, u have to fill it up online - means have the buyers details in advance (if ur a seller)..have them printed before the selling takes place..
previously i was to sell my pythons n suddenly my lappy gota brainfart n im not able to type all the details in. so i have them printed, n fill them out manually..all 4 pages..urrgh..n the buyers were already here...what a rush..!!
Sold my snake..n a week later got a warning letter from EcoAccess...
If the forms are not completed online, Ecoaccess considers them as illegal...

the 3rd page on mine keeps printing out on 2 pages. the date and where you sign is all out of place. has this happened to anyone else and how on earth do i fix it??

I would try doing it all again and contact EPA by phone telling them the problem you had. They will probably want you to put it in writing and send it all to them.
Ive found them pretty forgiving in the past to random mistakes.

just tried it on my laptop and it works on there but not on my other computer. my laptop is more up to date which i'm thinking has something to do with it.
