Thanks guys, yes they are 2nd generation and the parents are outstanding.
Splitmore I merely said that the snake was pure Gosford because that's what it is, nothing to do with them being the same or different to anywhere else. I'm not sure why you feel the need to try and detract from the beauty of this snake ?

No problem, it's just a shame they take so long to show their true colours. I'm not very patient.

LOL. It depends on your feeding regime obviously but don't expect to start seeing really good colour for 6 to 12 months, usually closer to 12. The colour change is quite dramatic.

re Gosford

Cant say ive ever seen a wild diamond from wollongong, sydney or gosford with the dorsal stripe that one has sometimes they have an anterior lateral stripe, nearest pattern ive seen to that was around dorrigo bellingen way. They always have a way of being pure diamonds whether its here or overseas or some in a mates collection,if i had a dollar every time someone told me that ide be a millionaire,it will grow into a nice snake anyway by the looks.

When I first saw a photo of that snake I thought it was Photoshopped. If they turn out half as good I will be happy.

Taimero: Your little one is so cute. It is hard to remember that they were ever that little! The father is amazing.
