Some, and I must stress SOME unhealthy traits are dominant. In the human population, these consist of things such as Huntington's Disease, and to be general, Sickle Cell Anemia.
I don't like people breeding albinos on purpose, simply because it's not neccessary, and not particularly fair on the animals. Human albanism is associated with partial to full blindness, and photo-sensitivity, and in cats, a large portion are deaf. So you can imagine what possible problems a snake may have, not being able to tell us where it hurts. Especially if your going to inter-breed them for novelty.
