GTP colour change

Just thought i would show a couple of pics of this little green going through a colour change so there is the b4 and the after shots.
One of the pics is with the flash and without the flash.
It seems to be different with each animal on the age they start to change and even the length of time taken to actually complete the colour transformation.
They are such a pleasure to keep even if they don't do much.
Paul

HI Paul

Nice looking snake.

At what age did the colour change begin in that particular animal?

Cheers

Franco

We worked out that it's not so much age but size, or rather weight. All of ours went through their ontogenic colour change at 125 grams give or take a couple of grams.

I will have to put them on the scales and see what weight they are at the moment.
