Hahahaha, no that is pretty funny. It's so no prints were left on the snake!
Seriously though the gloves are just for keeping snake poo off the hands when cleaning.
This one changed exactly on one year

Zobo, did you find the change was quick? I've read conflicting articles about the duration of change, some saying it is quick, others saying it is gradual.

There was a bloke on a Chondro forum who had one change from yellow to green LITERALLY overnight. It usually takes from weeks to months.

great pics, would love ot get myself one of these critters one day but lacking experience i feel in keeping herps.

I think they look best when they are yellow.

It's actually not conflicting, it's both. Some can start changing at two months, some don't start changing till they are a year old. Some can change in a day, some never stop changing. And every where in between. There is so much variation, you can NEVER have a definite answer. The only thing for sure is, they will change.

The Biak locale is notorious for taking a long time to change, and some may never stop changing. The mainland types have been known to change overnight, though not completely. And of course, there are exceptions to them all.
