I use this for my crix and mealies to gutload for my tarantulas, my own receipe, but I find it is cheap, it works great, and they grow heaps quicker:

1 cup bran
quarter cup dried kelp powder
2 table spoons of fish food
2 Tbs calcium powder
1 cup baby rice cereal (in supermarkets)
quarter cup of alfa alfa flakes
1 cup oatmeal
2 tbs spiriluana

Also give them a supply of fresh fruit and veges for moisture.
