yes, I have been trying to track down a copy of the the 6th edition also, absolutely no luck so far.

Late last year I was chasing after a copy of..I'm not sure which addition. The one with the green cover? Anyway, I'm guessing it's the one you guys are after, 'cause no-one had it because of (the aforementioned) legal issues. I finally found a copy at the Aust. Reptile Park. It was one of two copies. There may still be one there.

IVe read the green cover one it is a great book what eddition is that? i gotta get me one :wink:

The green one is the 6th edition . And I have been told it is out of print, I think TWP has a copy for staff to use . So i might just have to settle with that it seems.

Its a good book with like every single australian reptile in it and its really big.

has chapters about trapping reptiles and also general field herping, there is a listing for every reptile in OZ, pretty much all have good descriptions and photo's excellent field guide (if u have a big enough back pack) and pretty much every pro herper in oz has a copy, one of the blokes at TWp has every edition (6 lol in case u didnt know how many there are)

It's wiked. MM next time u go too the park just go to the Noc House kitchen for lunch. and have a look at the shelf titled 'grants inner sanctum' and there are about 10 reptile books there including a 5th edition coggers.

i found my copy at grace bros at maquarie center. Apparently it had been there for ages. It was the last copy they had though.
