He ate frozen!

I have always bred my own snake food and feed fresh killed rodents. I have one snake who has never eaten anything but fresh killed. Unfortunately, my family owns cats, and one of them decided to help himself to my rodent colony, so today I had to buy frozen mice for my snakes.

I was worried that the snake who had never eaten frozen before might not eat it, but he took it like a champ and ate both the rodents I offered him!

So proud

I hit them sharply on the head, wait til the nerves stop twitching (to ensure it is actually dead), then feed it to the snake.
