my heat lamp globe blew sometime yesterday while I was at work, so i'm getting a new one today (and buying spares)
I guess I'm just overly worried since it's really cold here right now, so my MD has had a day, a night and now another day without heating.
I've put a nice warm beanie in her enclosure so she can cuddle up in that for warmth.
i'm just all worried about her since I've only had her for 3 weeks (she's 12 months old or so..) How long is ok for them to go without heat? |

I have 2 lamps in my enclosure but only need 1 lamp to heat it so I rotate each lamp every 24 hrs. So if 1 blows I have a back up.
