I'm in western New York. I've been trying to read up on perthensis, so I know just how difficult to come by (legally) both in and out of Australia. I have to admit it seems very odd, seing as how they are dirt common in the wild, and that they seem to do very well in captivity. (Ours has been a terrific eater, slamming down f/t with no complaints.) Wouldn't it make sense to allow at least a few breeders there to start keeping and selling them?
I'll try to put up some pics of the Savu, even though they don't seem very popular among this crowd.

Thats true, it would make sense, just another childrens after all.....the wheels of bureaucracy turn slow....all though it seems things are changing, slowly but surly...it's only a matter of time before they become more common in captive collections in australia. I'm sure alot of us would like to see your photos......great to have your imput.
