Help please guys...

I was just wondering if anyone could tell me what this snake is? Is it dangerous? Should I be concerned about it and about others I have seen around the house? Any help would be great, but lots of information would be better. ;-)

Thanks in advance.

Cheers

Kris

Yes, definate a Brown Tree Snake, Boiga irregularis.
Venemous, but harmless, nothing to worry about at all, in fact quite a good snakes as they will happily eat mice, indian mynah's etc.

Definitely a Boiga irregularis, mildly venomous, rear fanged snake. They are very quick and flighty, just leave him alone and you will be fine.

Thanks guys for your ID. I was just reading up on them. Are they classed as a pest in Australia or is it just outside of Australia?

They're an Australian native - definitely not pests, not here in Australia anyway.
