It'll all be ok! And I totally understand how you worry! I'm ALWAYS getting into trouble for doing that! I'm probably a little too cautious and worrisome sometimes... but they are my children!! haha!! My hubby says that Sassi is a little diva cause she's so spoiled!! But I love our snakes and would do anything for them and so when I know there's something not right... I worry!!!
So feel free to contact me any time if you get worried and I'll worry with you!! haha!!

yeah a garden shop will be able to help or bunnings,
i use a old chinese or ice cream container ( size dependant on snake), put the lid on firmly and cut out a hole at one end or corner, depending on where it has to go in the enlosure, check for any sharp edges and put a even 1 or 2 cm deep pad of dry moss in, then i fill the container with water to let it be absorbed, you can tip any excess water out once its all damp/ wet, all you have to do from then is mist with a squirt bottle to keep moist, or resoak if it gets to dry, my guys seem to love it, some can get quite upset when you want to remove them,
to swim my snakes i have a fish tank / mouse cage ( from crazy clints, silly sollies etc , clear base, coloured top with lots of fine vents, varied sizes, cheap) i half fill it with tepid water then pop whom evern needs to smim in and shut the lid, NEVER, EVER walk away, always watch your python when they are swimming, leave for about 15- 20 min, mine then get a quick towel dry if they want, ( can get really cold here!) and then we normally fed the hord, can be a long process but they are all healthy as horses!

ummm im not sure if this is actually a good thing to do, ive never had the need to do it. the lady i got my snakey off said that if any skin was left on the snake, u could get a bit of stickey tape and stick it off em. she said her snake never shedded its eye cap things, and she had to stick em off each time he shed. however seeing the thread about the tape ripping the snakes skin off does tend to say its bad aye.....................
