Hi all, first time poster, recently caught 2 of these on our farm-s/e QLD near the gold coast. Just wondering what type of carpet they are? Had to move them from near our house due to my 2 dogs  |

Lol at bredli post....
Another fine example of how nature can produce snakes just as good looking as those in line bred captive collections. If that was for sale I'd buy it in a second.

Mrnos they are coastal carpets ,you will find alot around ,if you have sheds which being a farm quite possibly you do...just put the buggers in there they like to get up into the rafters to get the heat from the tin roof,about your dogs hopefully they wont get in contact with the snakes ,but if they do,find out NOW your local snake catchers number ...keep it on hand because if by chance the dogs do attack a snake you will need to get incontact with them straight away.....dont you make the decision wether the snake looks to far gone ,as they can seem to have the most horrific injuries,yet still pull through.let someone that is experienced make that call.......  |
