Help! with a baby diamond

Hey guys, finally got my first snakes. two beautiful little four month old diamonds. will show pictures soon but got a more important issue to bring up first.

On one of the little guys since i got him 2 days ago has had an suspicious extrusion from his cloaca that i have been keeping an eye on and wondering.
Wat it looks like is that he is constipated. the end of a turd is sticking out of the small extrusion and doesn't look like it is budging. I've seen white uric kinda ooze out around it so i know for sure know that it is a blockage.

Any one who is experienced on this and knows what to do please! help me out. is there anything i can do to un block it. i just got him 2 days ago and i dont wanna lose him now.

help would be really appreciated
thanks guys.

hey if it is a peice of faecal matter that he isn't able to pass at the moment then i woudl suggest givign him a soakign as they absorb alot of water through their cloaca and therefore will ast as a natural aenima i cant really say much without seeign it coudl even be some old skin that did not shed properly butif you are worried i'd jsut take him to the vet.

Yeah without seeing a pic, hard to tell, but if it is a poo poo then a soak would help as suggested

I soaked him last night with no luck what so ever. have taken pictures but are just too bad to even see what your looking at. will try again.
So i will try and soak him again but can see that it probably wont do anything seeing as it didnt even really soften it up last night.
So anyone have any other ideas? has anyone experience this before or had any problems like this?

Impactions and blockages, if that's what it is, can go very bad very quickly.. Take him to a vet ASAP
