Its just loosening itself up,he will shed soon.
Then give him a good feed.
There is no problems with it.

Around their neck can go wrinkly if they have just swallowed their food and really stretched their mouth, but it usually goes back to normal.

Yea mate my Bredli does the same thing. was a little atrange the first time but all should be rite.But do post some pics, can neva see too many Bredli
