This is my new Het Darwin male, a good friend gave him to me and as he just shed today I thought I would share a shot of him. He is the complete opposite of my other Darwins and wants to bite at every opportunity

Thanks for the comments.
Yes it does come down to trust with these things, as long as you buy from someone reputable and are in this hobby for the long haul you will be fine.

generally when buying hets people will show you pictures of a normal darwin and a albino darwin mating, you just have to hope the pics are acctually theres But I wouldn't reccomend buying a het anything of someone you don't know.
Nice bands I'd be happy to be given a het darwin even if it were ugly... Eventually if put with the right female the babies will be stunning |

He's a stunner in his own right agreed, putting aside his genetics...lol
Love the lighting effect Ash, well done mate, that's a great pic, really shows him off!!!
I only have 2 Darwins, a pair of hets.
The boys a puppy and the girl leaves me bleeding every time I feed and clean her enclosure...lol
She was also a pain in the..... when she was young just wouldn't feed. Now i'm looking forward to the offspring after the angst.... Quote:
