how big an enclosure?

Hey guys I have only had my new snake for about a month or 2.(My 1st one)
He is in an enclosure about 70cm/50cm/70cm and he likes to wrap around the light bulb when turned off.
How do i stop him from doing it an is it bad?
Oh yeah and is this size enclosure big enoughhe about 70cm long.

i would make sure the light bulb has a cage around it so he cant burn himself and he is probably just trying to get some more warmth into his body.....
