My MD boy is about to have his first shed since I have had him. His eyes started to be whiter yesterday and he has been dull for a few days. How long from that till the shed? I'm leaving him alone atm to let him get on with it. He is due for a feed tomorrow but I was going to wait till he had shed first.

Some times it can up to a week after you see milky eyes and some times just a couple of days it just depends on the climate inside the enclosure. Definitely wait untill it sheds before you feed him.

His eyes will go milky, then they will go clear and he will then shed in the following days. In my experience they will often shed at night.
Dont offer food until he has finished shedding.

You will eagerly wait all this time for him to shed and once he starts its all over in a few minutes =P I've been lucky enough to catch mine shedding a couple of times including today.
