Had the same problem with a bredli hatchling I got on 18/2.Not interested in live.Had tried the chicken soup, tried scenting with a pilchard, even washed fuzzy with warm soapy water, (as suggested). Then last night left frozen fuzzy on branch and when i checked an hour later, fuzzy gone, happy snake with a big lump.Very relieved. .

Good luck

I would pay the $300 i paid for the snake again if he was eating, think hes a real character, and he loves getting out and exploring. thats why i wont send him back. got all the time in the world (till i force feed him lol). will try the goldfish as he is still in a snap lock. he has his best friend, the live closed eye fuzzy in there with him at the moment, they are getting on great

Oh well now you know what the snake likes so you can try use quails to scent rats before the snake gets into just eating quail. Try throwing in a pinky rat straight after you feed a quail or defrosting a rat in the same water you used for the quail.
