she is about 4-5 months old - not sure on exact age as she was a christmas present - so how long should it be between her going to toilet?

No worries, i was starting to feel for your poor starving yearling water lol...

Most people class a 'yearling' as a snake in its second year of life....

Oh - no way!! Ha ha starving snake - no wonder people were like er - you've got it way wrong. OK so she's a hatchling!!
