How much is too much?

Just wondering how much is too much to feed a 4 month old Antaresia, as one of ours will just want more & more pinkies if we let him but we dont want to overfeed?

Visit Facebook Profile
Once a week with something that is approximately 1.5 times as thick as your snake would be fine, you may just need to give your snake bigger prey items.

How long is a piece of string ? It comes down to personal preference, I feed my hatchling sized snakes every 5 days and keep them nice and warm. Prey should make a nice noticeable bump without appearing bloated.

When I feed my snakes I make sure that there is small bulge in the midsection of their body after they finish.
At 4 months old I would feed it once a week.

Too much is too much, not enough is not too much. Nor is just enough.
