Humidity

Hi everybody. First off for the record, I have a 4ft Jungle Carpet Python.

I've been told the enclosure should be keep humid so I've got myself a meter to measure humidity. It tends to sit between 10% and 20%.

Is that humid enough or should it be higher? It sounds pretty low to me so I tried a few things to get it higher like putting the water bowl directly below the lights and spraying mist into the enclosure and on the log and ground. The spraying increases it a little bit but not or very long.

What are you using for a substrate?
