Gorgeous looking woma Firefly! They are such awesome snakes!! You will get heaps of enjoyment from him!

My two are called Eingana (female) and Dhakhan (male) both are Aboriginal names from different tribes and are related to Dreamtime stories. Eingana was the snake goddess who gave birth to all the animals, etc., in the universe and Dhakhan was part snake part fish and created rainbows in the sky when travelling between the waterholes that were his homes.

Look forward to seeing pics of your girl when you get her

oops...i'm a terrible speller!! **Sorry Bindy!!! **

How long after you bring your new Woma home does it take for them to settle in?? The people I bought him from usually fed on Thursdays, and I asked that they skipped their last feed with him so that he would fall into my feeding day on Tuesday. We picked him up on Monday evening, and I tried feeding him in his new home on Tuesday evening, and he didn't eat. They have been feeding him live mice, and they have gotten a good hand at defending their selves, because he has scratches on his back area. I don't feed anyone live except my little tree snakes that eat small new born pinkies. What do you guys think I should do?? I know they're supposed to be hearty eaters, so I'm worried!! I haven't tried since that day though...should I try again tomorrow, out of order, or just wait till Tuesday?

Wait a week. It will be good for him to have to wait a bit in my opinion.

Sorry not meaning to sound like a bitch. I'm just one of those irregular feeders because I orry a lot about overfeeding so sometimes I will feed a lot and sometimes they wait a while say 2 weeks for food.
