I just want to know do I need to take him to the vet? or is it normal for snakes? I read it took a few days for them to digest. I just want some advice it would be most appreciated =-)
Thanks. |

Perhaps the mouse was smaller. How did you know the snake had completely digested the food? Just the bump was gone? That certainly doesn't mean the entire process is over.
How long was the time between feeds?
Can anyone can tell me whether or not they think stress is a factor of digestion? It doesn't sound like the snake had a time to settle in. You don't need to panic, the majority of snakes are resilient.

I think the mice were all around the same size. well I just imagened it had digested fully because the snake went to the dunny. And I feed him once a week. I just paniced because I read it usually takes a few days for the snake to go to the dunny afterr a feed. But the temperature may have been higher as I just have the click clack and the heat mat. Thanks for that one mate. |

And also, how old and large is the snake?

Ahh good I just heard they did their business once after being fed, a mate told me that one. My snakes about... 4 months old. I really panicked because I thought he was sick (its my first snake as you can probably tell) |
