I'm clapping my hands

Like my signature says "If you're happy and you know it" well im very happy this morning. 5 mths ago a yearling bredli escaped out of my garage and on saturday night my next door neighbour rang me to say their is a snake in his bird aviary that just ate his last 2 budgies. I raced home and retrieved a well fed bredli including 2 new lumps. As indicus has said natural sun is good for bredli color , i have to agree because the snake looks 10 times better than 5 mths ago when it escaped. But it doesnt stop there , 6 weeks ago my 3 year old son visited the garage and left the door ajar on a 6ft male vic i was planning on breeding this year. The neighbour knew about the 4 ft bredli but i didnt tell him about the 6 footer(lol). When i got the bredli back I told him to keep an eye out for the vic. This morning at 7:30 am the same neighbor rang me at work and said he had found the vic in his roof, so i raced home and retrieved that as well. I dont know whether my neighbor will move soon , but i sure as hell are a happy camper this morning.
Cheers Stevo

RE: I

A pretty amazing story Paul!

That AWOL snake idol you have been making the sacrifices to has finally listened

I cannot see our neighbours being that helpful.

One of our Olive pythons was found late one night in the budgie cage. (The budgie was free range in the house so his cage was missing a side.) When I came accross him Rage (the budgie) was just a few tail feathers hanging our of the Olive's mouth.

RE: I

Stevo that is a wonderful story!!! So totally awesome! If your neighbour is getting some meat from your shop he is doing well...We still talk about the great roasts etc from your shop and such great prices too. Daavid and I will have to drop by your meat shop again soon!

an after thought, you may wish to put a few locks on the enclosures so your young son doesn't open them and leave them open..

(We had a pet budgie eaten by one of our pythons a few years back... )

Maybe your neighbour can move next door to me, maybe he can help me have some of my escapees return home.
