| | Friend of huey Subscriber | | | | Hey guys,
I have a small spotted who has been feeding but not crapping so tonight I was working it out and removed the blockage, a large hardened urate blob. This was immediatly followed by a loose black stool (the pinkies).
What I am wondering is, can parasites/ bacteria be responsible for this type of impaction? and are pinkie mice always a bit looser then other mice because they don't have hair.
I am taking samples to the vet, but would like to hear any thoughts.
Cheers.
