Just contact NPWS in your state and they will Email you it. |

You must apply in writing (triplicate) to the ministry of complicated affairs, who will put it before the board of capricious ambivolence, who will in turn require several forms explaining why you wish to apply (triplicate) then after a waiting period of 6 weeks (at the descretion of the board, who may be on holidays) they will send you an approved "application to apply" form, which must be forwarded (triplicate) to the DEC who will begin this process over from the start by forwarding your application to apply to the ministry of complicated affairs, who will require................

Ring the DSE customer service centre on 136186 and ask for them to send you an "Import /Export Permit Application Form" and they will send it out to you in the mail. Fill it out then send back when you are ready. Simple as that. |
