What does it take to become a registed breeder regarding paperwork ,and what is the process for selling them?. eg does NPWS send you authentic certificates that a breeder issues upon sale etc? what information goes to NPWS?

here in the nt you can just breed with your normal permit, you just have to record everything every year. get in contact with your local Parks and wild life office and they'll let you in on everything you need to know.
