INGHAMS CHICKENS DO PYTHONS "LUV EM" ?

I work at INGHAM'S and have a constant supply of stunted chickens equivilent of a 1 day old . My question is do you think the steroids they feed them would harm a snake . IF NOT PUT YOUR ORDERS IN .... "LOL"

Na mate i use La Ionica "processed chemically free" and fed no hormones. No wonder my snakes are skinny. Go the Roids

Inghams pride themselves on no added hormones/steroids. As far as I know an antibiotic is fed as a preventative measure but there are no growth stimulating drugs used. I am doing a stint at inghams as well... but not a hatchery

Table Chickens face two dates, at day 45 the first harvest is performed and remainder is done on day 65. Its not long. The speed of growth is achieved by keeping the chickens in optimal growing conditions and the prophylactic use of antibiotics. I think steroids are illegal and I doubt if they are used. I haven't heard of any athlete using the excuse "I had a chicken sandwich" after failing a drug test.

No idea eddy, imo pumping antibiotics into anything cant be good. not sure if the antibiotics pass on to the snake or not. For that matter if it has affect on us either. Occasional chooky feeds probly wouldnt hurt. why not buy and incubate eggs yourself?

The worst thing that the widespread prophylactic use of antibiotics will do is allow bacteria to evolve defenses against the antibotics used thus rendering the antibotic useless.
