It's not a tooth, it's too big, have you had a closer look by opeing the mouth?
Can you take another photo from the other side of the face?

Unusal to be a growth on such a young one, but possible, need a better photo, could just be a foriegn object.

What's the history behind it, have you had it long?

Are you planning on getting it looked at by a vet?

It looks as thought he mouth may have split? What is the go with the eyes lol they look like they are about to pop out of its head? Bye and chance had it had a big feed?

it looks like just a blurry pic, looks like the mouth is a bit misaligned is all. the eyes do look wide dont they, probly surprised at having its pic taken lol
