Nothing's wrong with him- there may be many problems non snake related.

What's the dimensions and temperatures of your enclosure firstly?

You should try put a thin plastic rode or stable thin stick in the tub, they love to climb. Can you try get pictures for us? Of the snake, for fun and one of the tub.

try looking in the enclosure at night after the lights have been off for a while, then you might see him/her

ITS NOT THE FACT THAT I DONT SEE HIM MOVE. EVERYDAY HE IS IN EXACTLY THE SAME SPOT AND POSITION. THERE MUST BE A REASON WHY HE DOESNT MOVE.

i HAVE HAD A COASTAL FOR 3 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM AND I RAISED THEM THE SAME

whats the size of the enclosure length height and width. Also do a temperature check of the entire enclosure, heat spot/ up high and in the cool spot. Have you got the hide in the hot end or cold end. Try one at both. I would probably say you need to check temps. Snakes move to regulate their temperature, saying this it maybe the temps are not high enough, and he is staying their to heat up.

dont worry mate he is fine, this is typical jungle behaviour. they are normally either very shy or very aggressive, generally calming down as they get older. dont trade him you will regret it! b & g's are worth it i.e (the bites/shy hiding all the time until the get older)
