I'd rate them a 4. in fact rather then have you getting constantly disappointed at having to look at such poor quality animals all of the time I'll be of some help and take them off your hands. Now don't say i don't do anything for you.

How much was it?

Doesn't Southern X only sell them in pairs?

I was going to get one from pales, but it was just to expensive for me atm.

IMO a perfect Jungle would be a bright 50/50 colouring (or more yellow than black), perfect skull & crossbone markings on head, and very little to no tipping between bands.

So 6.5 is a good number for that particular animal I reckon.
Had it been displaying predominately bright yellow with thin bands of dark black it may be worth more imo (but I am biased) I agree it has good standards for an Australian bred Jungle, but I have seen better examples in this country. Thats not to say it won't colour up more, or it is of crap quality, just that there is finer examples out there that deserve the higher marks. Could easily say 9.5, but should that mean that Marc Sims spiderman or any of the better quality animals in the customer gallery on Southern X are only worth 0.5 rating over your's simply because you asked for a number out of 10? That would be more of an insult to them considering. If you asked for a rating out of 100 I would say 65 lol. The good news is that majority of those better looking animals were bred from the same animals as yours, so while this particular animal is a 6.5 imo, its offspring may turn out to be absolute crackers.

It's a good looking snake, be happy with the 6.5. The new fad these days are the so called "Honey Jungles" and I would only give them a 2 out of 10

PS,
Opinions vary so there should be no offence taken, what 1 person finds appealing isn't always everybody elses cup of tea
