Just Shedded

My diamond just finished shedding.

No matter how many times I see it, I still enjoy watching it.

The setup must be working as she only took 20 minutes and it came off in one nice long piece about 1.3m.

Obviously heat & humity is right. Its good when things are going well. Now its off to the vet for her annual & worming shot.

Pics to follow next day or two.

Cheers

RE: Just Shedded

Would love to see some pics ironside. I'm hoping I'll be home to watch mine shed sometime very soon...

Does everyone have worming shots, etc for their snakes? Is this something I should do or at least consider?

Wow, that's one big enclosure Ironside, looks great though, as does your diamond! Do you have any pics of her pre-shed?

Its 1200mm wide x 600mm deep x 1800mm high.

Its a bit bare but I've got some artificial vines to put in. Its got a uv light on timer and 150watt heat lamp on thermostat.

She usually sits where she is in the pic or just a bit higher. I'll get some pics when she starts moving around especially going from limb to limb.

Sorry, no pre shed pics.
