Slither one my 5 year old coastal carpets laid her first clutch ever this morning.
She laid 16 good eggs which are now in the incubator - heres hopeing.
I think (hope & pray) it is going to be a very busy christmas/new year as I now have 72 good eggs incubating.

Congrats. 72 eggs will keep you well and truly occupied. Hope they all hatch for you.

And to think when i get round to breeding i thought one clutch is going to be hard to manage.

WOW 72 eggs.... how exciting Wildey!!
I'm looking at one clutch this year just to get my toes wet and then next year I'll dive in head first..
Would love to see pics of your incubator and how you work your magic??!!!
Man I'm getting impatient... my diamond won't shed until the end of the month which means eggs by xmas.....

Thanks for sharing and best of luck with all your new babies when they hatch!!

Cheers,
Mell

Cool

Looks like you will very busy this year too Ponybug. Good luck.

Mrsshep77 - My incubator is built similiar to Brian Barnetts(Herpshop), I have added on Brians suggestion insulation to the inside, and double glazed viewing windows ( my own desighn) so you can inspect the eggs without opening the incubator up. This is my third year using it and have not replaced any globes yet and have had 100% hatch rate. Here's hopeing this year is the same.

Also thanks dazza74
