what are you looking for, i checked it out before posting it and it states that womas and gtp's are rare, did you look down the list of animals

hi,
bhp's are just a normal reptile in qld, so as long as you have a licence you can have heaps of them,
as for the elapids i'll have to pass the ball on that one, the hard part is every epa office is different, for me to get a restricted licence i need to do a snake handling course and a couple referances from keepers up the ladder, but i know a mate not far from me just paid his money and got his restricted, so i'd call your local epa office and ask to apply for the updated licence,
