For those of you that remember Solitaire the one eyed and totally blind (in the other eye) wild diamond that lives around my place. Well he was back by the chook house again (actually on the roof).
Well last time I talked about him I said that I would try to give him an extra feed whenever I saw him to help prepare him for the Winter. So I caught him an put him in an old bird cage while I defrosted a couple of mice. He was quite happy to take these mice and did so much more delicately than my little SNAP. It was really nice to see him eat them and they should give him a bit of extra energy for his lead up to WInter.
