Our MDs won't drop eggs untill early December. The timing depends on your cycling.

you may be able to shed some light on it then, bothe my male and female shed late august when i introduced them after the shed, they automatically started mating. had at least 20 definate matings over the month of september, then they stopped and she went belly up a few times and now shes come back into shed, her eyes went milky and are now clear again. jsut seems way to early to me. what do you think

Mine have only been mating frequently for the last few weeks. If they are going to lay a clutch earlier thats a good thing isnt it?

nah no problem if she ahs an early clutch though i would have liked to wait till some of the other eggs hatched as the incubator is filling up especially since a 4 year old 5kg md girl will lay plenty of eggs.

She is early but not abnormally early.

Our girls follicles are starting to swell now. Going by what you have said you are about 5-6 weeks in front of where ours are at.
