Although i voted for white that is only because i buy doolitle farm mice at the moment. But a mouse is a mouse, im not racist

Colors don't really matter for food consumption, but i find people like the colored ones cause they are cute 
As for laboratory rodents....they are not all text book white, depends on what strain they are.
But
I think white rodents look more professional....but it is not necessary

Once they are skinned, gutted and lightly fried with garlic and onions they all look the same.

Mostly white because those are what's available. I have tried colored and they ate it just the same.
