G'day mate,

With Murray Darlings, quality animals are a must. There are some very plain animals out there, so personally I would steer clear of purchasing the first one you see available. SXR Murray Darlings are very nice, I would wait the couple of months to make sure I get quality animals.

Cheers

Not sure if they have any, but Scales and Tails in Prospect Road, Prospect, SA are good, got our boy from there, never any problems, and got a fantastic temperament!

Our MD boy Boof came from Gavin at URS in Adelaide. He's got nice pattern and colours on him. Cheers Cheryl

Are you sure that's not Gavin at Scales and Tails, Cheryl? Or Tim at URS?

G'day mate,

With regards to purchasing Murray Darlings, I would stick with SxR, or maybe try Matt Bonnett for some of his. He is "flavirufus" here on APS, and is well known for breeding healthy, good looking snakes. URS ocassionally have nice ones available, too.

haha, seems like the majority of suggestions are for SA breeders and traders. Definately message Matt Bonnett (flavirufus), top bloke, quality animals and very reasonably priced (hatchies $150 last year). I got mine off of Daniel Hossack, another SA breeder Matt recomended as he had no hatchies left when i contacted him. He's Ozgecko on this site.

Southern Cross has an interesting blood line called "Gammon Ranges" Unfortunately, they don't reply to enqueries as this coming seasons hatchlings are probably already sold out.
Definitely something to look forward to in the future though.
