What are the temps like?
What is the setup like? How many hides?
How do you feed them? Seperately?
Have you tried different methods like scenting, braining, etc.?

I got them at xmas and they were both about the same size but the female seems to have grown a bit bigger than the male. The set up is one of those commercial melamine units (4ft long). They haven't got any hide boxes but there is a plant and alot of other things in it the dealer I got the snake from said they didn't need a hide hole. They tend to spend alot of time in the water bowl. The temp is about 27c. I haven't tried any scenting yet. Thanks

You may want to think about putting them both in two seperate smaller enclosures, pythons feel more secure in smaller enclosures, maybe divide the one they're in now? They male may also be intimidated by the female at feeding time, it is also not reccomended that you feed two snakes in the same enclosure, as they may grab the same rodent or possibly even the other snake while in feeding mode. It's best to seperate them for feeding if in the same cage.
Do you have any heating available to them? Is there a temperature gradient in the enclosure? |

The enclosure is heated and the 25c is the end away from the heat lamps so i guess the temp at the other end is hotter and the top would be hotter too. I haven't had any probs with them feeding so far because I had been making sure there was no contact between them before their meal was gone. but i will seperate next feed time and perhaps leave the mouse in the cage for the male to eat if it doesn't eat it staight away..

Just make sure you try as many diff foods as you can first, rats/mice, freshly killed/thawed etc etc
