How do you know its a murray darling?
Coastals are variable in colour and some display grey colours similar to an inland. If it is infact a inland put it in your book and when you send the record book off in April attach a letter stating the circumstances.

Also depends on what code your python is neing held under in the first place. Both my coastals are held under code C2825 Moralia Spilota. NPWS don't even know that they are coastals. If yours are held under the code for coastals, you need to be very sure that they are MD's before you do anything.

Craig, so are your Coastals actually McDowelli (T2024) or have you listed them as just Spilota for a reason?

The people I bought my first coastal off held theirs under the general code. As a result, i used this code for my first coastal. My next one went under the same code as I didn't even realise their was a 'proper' code for McDoweli. They are both McDoweli's but just held under the general spilota code. Also, my intergrade is held under the same code.
