Ok no where near the sixe of all your wonderful coastals but she will eventually grow like them, currently about 4ft or a tad under!! I know she doesn't look it in this pic but I couldn't resist taking it. Her home is 4ft in length and she looks like as long when stretched out.
I want to know how long it took that person to get her girl off the clothesline?? Awesome!!

hey guys.... just signed up for this thing after browsin around for a few hours.. love the pics of some peoples snakes... anyways, just thought id share some pics of my Coastal *Banshee*.. she's 8 months old, last time she shed was last tuesday ( 12/8/08 ) and havnt got an exact measurement yet but i measured her shed and came up with 115cm....cant wait till shes nice n fat n long lol.. she has bitten me a few times.... but not for a while... last time was after i fed her which kinda makes sense coz i did smell like a mouse still... shes great to handle, i can get her out of her enclosure by hand ans she'll go for a wriggle across my arms shoulders, sometimes wrap gently around my neck n hang down like a tie, and sometimes she'll curl up n lay ontop of my head.... anyways, hope u like her.. enjoy... |

Sorry to be a pain but say 6 yr old coastal around 8ft how much should thye weigh... One of my girls is monstorous and I think a little bit too healthy. I will get her out today and take some pics, she's a bit stroppy and post them up but I think she would be close to 7-8kg

can anyone give me some tips/pointers on feeding??
im thawing the mice out by puttin them in a bag and then leaving them in a the fridge for a while,.. then im puttin it in a container of warm water (about 43oC...gas heating..) leaving it for about 15 mins and them offering it to her... last time i did this she took it and that was on tuesday.. 20/8... tuesdays feed was only a fuzzy but the mice im goin to try get her on are a bigger... i tried the same method with the bigger mouse, she shown a bit of intrest by folling it around while it was hanging from the tweasers and by flickin its tongue like mad at it.... but she wouldnt take it....
again can anyone give me some tips/pointers with this..
