Arrow My new Bredli + Enclosure pics!

Heya guys!

This is my new Bredli, Mystique, she hatched on 22/01/2008. She is currently in a small tank, 300 x 200 x 200 as I was told to keep her in something small until she's a bit bigger. It has a couple of fake plants, branch for climbing, water bowl and a toilet roll as a hiding spot. The top is mesh for ventilation, and the tank is heated by a heat mat that is thermostatically controlled (probe thermo). So yea, any suggestions would be great! But yea, here she is!

P.S. Sorry about the poor quality - phone camera, flash doesn't show her true colors

What's the mesh held on with?Or is it weighed down.
Even the smallest of snakes can be rather strong when they want to!
what is the "mesh"?
Can he rub his nose on it and damage it?

The top is a proper lid, but the glass has been removed and a mesh covering has been glued in. I got this off the breeder I bought my spotted off. I've got a heavy accounting book sitting on top of the lid, so it doesn't get pushed off. As for damaging the nose - I haven't heard of that before but yea it may be a point. But it's quite soft so I don't think any damage can come from it though. I used to have my spotted in that when he was a hatchy - no probs what so ever. But yea, i'll look into it. Would you recommend another type of roofing?

What was the first name of the guy you got your Bredli from? Mine was born on the 22/1 also and just wondering if from the same guy.

Here she is. Her name is Bindi. She also has a really really good temperament. I am so pleased with her and Steve was really nice and easy to deal with.

Shes gorgeous!! Yea I couldn't be happier with my purchase - has yours had her second shed yet? Mystique's coming into one now - but was told she should have had it by now.

She's only had one shed with me (on the 26/3) and had the first of course with Steve. I reckon Bindi should be due soon. She's been eating every Saturday wiithout fail since I got her all those weeks ago but last Sat she refused the feed so I left it. Last night she was looking quite active so I offered her a feed this morning and she took it no prob. I'm thinking she may be slowing down as it gets cooler. Did he tell you just to put the mouse in the enclosure and leave it rather than offer it from your hand? I like it that way, I figure then they don't associate your hand with food.
