Can someone explain why these womas are called topaz womas?
What is so different about them and who came up with this name?

Howdy Paul4, have a look on the Southern Cross Reptiles web site for a history of Simon Stone's topaz womas. Basically it's a line of tanami that he has been putting together that show exceptional colour - see the comparison photos on the web site. I think it's more of a colour thing than a pattern thing.
My guys of course are only youngsters and just starting to show a bit of colour.

I don't think a photo can do them justice on how good they really look.

If I was to get a woma, it'll most likely be a Topaz, as they have the least amount of black on top of their eyes, and look fantastic.

That male is an absolute ripper, congrats fishhead.

Manny, from what i can tell topaz tanami's still have fairly significant eye patches. The best animals I've seen in terms of lacking the eye patches are definately true blue's WA Womas.

I'm in love with the patern/colour of the Topaz animals. It's just so spectular and well defined!!!!!

You can't have womas without eyebrows!!
That's like spotted pythons without the spots or black headed without the black head!
