Need help with reptile license

Hey guys, sorry im having trouble understanding some things about the reptile license-
When do we send our forms back? And what trouble will i get into for not sending in my form last year?I had two short necks and a carpet python last year which i bought in January but didnt send it in.Am i in trouble?
If im correct we have to send it once a year? When is that?
Please help as im worried of wat will happen. Do they actually take your reptiles from you or what?
Any help would be apreciated
Thanks

Time to pack up and leave the state - big fines and lose of reptiles

No it has to be back this month and write them a letter telling your where new to all this etc etc and you should be ok.

I know there are different rules for different states.Do all states have to return their books? I live in Qld, should I be sending mine off?

I thought you only had to send your copy of the movement advices back not the record books.
