I take my camera everywhere! even in the rain if I have to. I found a diamond on Sunday at Audley whilst on a Aqua-bike with my seven year old son. And yes I did take photo's though they arn't overly good ones (It was a bit hard trying to stand on a Aqua-bike, holding on the a branch and take photo's. To make matter's worse, the diamond had a full stomach and was a little stroppy.

Audley at night is amazing. You can often find diamonds chowing down on water fowl. You just listen for the screeches and just go spotlighting!

Yeh, but it's easier taking a craft in the morning and see them all trying to digest "last night catch" and better light for pic's. I'm doing some cramming at the moment, with the cold coming soon, I'm out every possible day, even if it means going on a "family picnic" Oh my wife hates me so much!

Although I love to see wild diamonds, I've never had a fascination in keeping them in captivity myself. I guess because they are quite prolific in the area I take them for granted and keep things that i would seldom see. However they are such a beautiful snake.

I guess he thought my camera bag was an oversized hide box.
