Thanks for kind words everyone. Also I didn't really mean to snap at Peter back there. It was late and I'm coming down with a cold. I'll post more pics as I get them. I'm going to have to work on getting this one to take dead. Maybe I'll try a chicken. Pythons seem to just love chickens. Thanks again all.

They can be very greedy animals Kev, you shouldn't have much problem getting him on thawed.

Lovely looking snake Kev!

Most water pythons are really great feeders on thawed rodents, you shouldn't have much trouble. Mine (all unrelated) all fed really well on thawed mice right from the start. They've never struck at me either, tamest little sweeties I could imagine (except when the males go together, they REALLY hate each other!)
