New Atherton Python

Here's my new (and first) python. She's an Atherton jungle yearling.

my first snake was also an atherton, u think only one will be ok at the start then your collection expends and your wallet shrinks

Thanks, guys. Brigsy, I got her from Jim Hulm in Bundaberg. He has another female yearling as well as some hatchies.
And slimsandy, my wife HATES snakes with a passion. When I first tried to get her (Flame - the python) out of her enclosure she was so frightened she bit me over and over again (which I feel honoured about) and she was very skittish. By the afternoon she was coiled on my arm without a worry in the world. She goes to my kids and stays happily on them for as long as they want... AND... my wife has played with her too - twice. She has the best temperment - Flame that is.

Yeah my wife hated them also, and was so afraid of our baby Spotted Python lol all 30cm of her, but now shes holding her, which is good to see.
Im constantly bugging her about getting another. I want a Jungle so much.....You hear about the snappy ones but there seems to be just as many placid ones.
I will be getting one...soon...time will tell.
Hopefully it will be as stunning as yours!!

Well, I know I said yesterday that she had a good temperment, but last night she tagged me a couple more times again. We'll get there.
